• All original packaging and tags are intact
• The item has not been altered or customized
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized accessories
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Describe the reason for your return
• Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item to our return address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Gift Returns
